Effective September 20, 2026. This notice covers requests submitted through the RoofPrecon landing page. It does not cover a later tender-document upload, which has a separate intake and review process.

What we collect

The request form collects your name, email address, company (if provided), project name (for tender requests), notes, and the type of request. It does not upload tender files. Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser and interaction data to check for automated submissions.

Why we use it

We use the information to respond to your request, arrange a conversation, or provide secure tender-intake instructions. It is stored in the private RoofPrecon application and is visible to an authenticated reviewer.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records older than 90 days are removed when a new inquiry arrives or the private inbox is opened. Operational backups may have a separate retention period set by the hosting operator. We do not use this request form to collect project drawings or specifications.

Access and deletion

To ask about your information or request deletion, send a privacy request using the same form. Include the email address used in your original request so we can locate it. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or deleting information.

Before you send a tender

Please wait for secure intake instructions. Tender PDFs may contain confidential project information and should not be placed in the public request form. A later document review may use external AI model services; we will identify the applicable intake terms before accepting confidential files.
